We had a wonderful and relaxing 5 days in this beautiful condo. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. There were thoughtful touches, like the key lime sanitizer spray and other cosmetics. It’s rare to see my husband relaxed, especially as a small retail business owner in these troubled times, but this place did the trick. We all returned to Tampa rested and rejuvenated. Two top activities were Gator and Golf (big hit with the kids, minutes from the condo - we went twice) and a nighttime bioluminescence kayaking trip with Fin Expeditions. We also loved the beach outside the condo and went boogie boarding there a few times. Best eats we enjoyed were at Skinny Mermaid (amazing bowls and bubble teas) and Simply Delicious bakery (brunch). Great location, close to everything that the area has to offer. We’d choose this place first if returning to the area. -

We are a family of 3 traveling from about an hour away. Although we live in a beach town, we love the Cocoa and Cape Canaveral area. The condo is perfect for a getaway. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach (and the lonely cruise ships anchored offshore because they have no where to go). We got up to watch the sunrise every day and for our 11 year old to surf. The beach is a very short walk from the condo, and we spent a lot of time there and at the pool. Loved taking walks in the evening and seeing the turtle volunteers out there.
For this trip, we elected to order food and have it delivered and we had great meals from Papa Vito's and Kelsey's. Having a fridge was great because we had snacks available when we needed them, and for the leftovers. We also ate out once at a BBQ place called Slow and Low, and it was excellent. They had socially distant seating and we were on a patio with fans... great food! At the time of this writing, masks are mandatory in the Cocoa area, and you did have to have one on to go into Ron Jon's. My 11 year old little surfer, loved the trip to Ron Jon's.
The condo had everything we needed. Jeanne met us at 3 and gave me a quick walkthrough. I loved that the building was secure and that you needed a key to get into the building, and pool area. The little putting green was also a lot of fun! We brought our own surfboards, chairs, and umbrellas so we didn't even step foot in the storage room, but I briefly saw it when Jeanne was showing me around. Very nice of her to offer those items for people that don't have the ability to bring their own. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could need if you were going to cook.
The beach was packed on the weekend, but was lovely on the weekdays. Next time, we will travel Sunday-Thursday to avoid some of the crowds. It's hot (even to me, and I live in Florida!) so stay hydrated.
Jeanne is awesome to work with! She answered my questions quickly and it was very nice of her to meet us and give us the walkthrough. We highly recommend this condo, and hope to be back to visit again soon! -

She supplied everything we needed linen wise, beach wise and for cooking! It was all very thought out. VERY VERY CLEAN!
We had some issues with the AC, Jeanne had her maintenance guy out so quickly everything was perfect.
The garage parking was an awesome bonus.
We left behind my sons favorite stuffed animal, Jeanne let us know that they found it and she is shipping it back home to us. She’s a pleasure to work with!

The view, balcony, and beach access were all excellent and this is not ridiculously priced, so simply set your expectations accordingly. The amenities within the condo are pretty dated. Knowing this is at the beach, that makes sense as it's likely nicer things will get trashed. Be aware the main furniture in the main room consists of two futons instead of a couches. There are some beach supplies such as boogie boards and sand castle materials, which was nice. We purchased new beach chairs and left them there since the existing ones were not in good shape. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. -

Jeanne’s place is very clean. The views are great. The beach is right in front of you. There is a large variety of beach toys, chairs and boogie boards for the beach. The apartment has extra supplies of things that are often forgotten at home. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Everything you need is within a 5 mile drive, most within a mile. The furnishings are a bit outdated but still workable and comfortable.
We loved watching the surfers from the living room sofas. The views from the second floor were definitely better than first but really, you are right on the beach so it is lovely at every angle. These condos are right on the beach so the location really can't be beat. Since there are only four units in the building it's very quiet but also it's not far from the shops and restaurants in the center of Cocoa Beach. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils so there is no problem cooking some of your meals during your stay. If you are an AC person like my husband you'll have no problem making the condo nice and chilly.

The communication with Jeanne went perfectly well. We booked on really short notice on a sunday and got a positive reply in under an hour. What a spot!!! Super quaint condo with an old Florida style! Directly ON beach. When we arrived the gentleman working on the property was very helpful and welcoming. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need. The balcony was large and our 2nd floor view was spectacular. The location was just what we were looking for, super close to shops and resturants but tucked away for some peace and quiet. Safe, great place for families. The property was well maintained with a plush lawn for the kids to play when they wanted a break from the sand. When we were leaving we ran into the condo cleaner and she was such a doll. Really great experience. -

The Cocoa Beach Villas are a great place to stay. It is so convenient being right on the water. We were able to walk up for meals and naps for our kids with ease. The Villas had everything we needed including a spectacular view. Everywhere we wanted to go in town was a few minutes away by car. Jeanne is very responsive and easy to communicate with as well. We had a wonderful stay at Jeanne's place right on the beach. The view is amazing, and Jeanne was very easy to work with. The apartment was very clean and included most anything you may need. We would check out local restaurants for a late lunch, and bought groceries and used the apartment for breakfast and a light dinner. It's a little farther away from the hustle and bustle and nightlife, than some other places we looked into, but that's exactly what we wanted, and it was still only about a 5 minute drive to most anyplace on Cocoa Beach. It was very quiet, safe location. We almost had the entire beach to ourselves a couple of days, and Jeanne provided beach chairs and body boards so we didn't have to buy anything for the beach, and haul it home. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who was considering a stay at Cocoa Beach. -

This place is amazing!!!! Hidden gem for sure. You're literally steps from the beach, right out the back door. The entire home is spotless. Easy/quick communication, easy to get in when arriving, wireless access, beach towels, sand toys ,and an individual garage space. Beach was never too crowded, tons of shells to see, and waves that don't knock you flat. The kids loved it (and so did I). Grocery 5 min away as well as a numerous restaurants if you want to skip cooking. Had some tasty seafood at Mainly Lobster a few blocks down. Only regret is we didn't stay here longer. 110% laid back beach relaxing at it's best. -

Stayed there with 4 children, including a three month old. Jeanne informed us ahead of time that there is a pack and play (crib) available, as well as items to use on the beach. Everything was exactly as she described, and the photos give an accurate view.
Despite the close proximity to highway A1A, we heard no noise from the road, not even at night.
The beach is fairly quiet, only on the Sunday afternoon did it get a bit busy, but never cramped.
The children (ages 5-7) enjoyed swimming in the small waves and picking up (many) shells.
On arrival the whole place was spotless. Everything is there that you need for a comfortable stay, even additional towels for the floor.

This unit was perfect for a family stay on Cocoa Beach. It had a large balcony overlooking the beach, a well-equipped kitchen and was very spacious for a beach rental. Beach access was easy, it includes a closet full of beach chairs and beach toys, a grill and laundry facilities. It was the perfect place to "recover" from six days at theme parks and a great base for touring NASA. We would definitely stay here again. A parking spot in a garage was also a huge bonus. -

This condo is perfect for a quiet beach getaway. The unit is clean and bright. It is way closer to the ocean then the pics would lead you to believe. And the neighborhood around the condo is more residential, which we really enjoyed. It was quiet and peaceful. Most everything you need is within 5 minutes drive. We went out for Cuban one night and had Thai delivered the next. Great places to eat and a grocery store only a few miles away. The unit was kid/baby friendly, the host provided a pack n play and high chair. In addition the rails on the balcony are perfect for viewing the ocean and keeping little ones safe. We stayed at the Cocoa Beachfront Villa with Jeanne as our host in February 2017. Check in was effortless. Unit was spotless. I wish my own house was as clean! Furnishings are comfortable and casual, but not upscale if that is important to you, wasn't to us. View was incredible, the ocean was steps away. Nice to have on site free parking. This place is GREAT!!! By far, the location is the best aspect - it's truly RIGHT on the beach, with beautiful views from units on both the first and second floors. The unit is very clean, and has everything you'd need. At first glance, I thought the price seemed a bit high from just looking at the Airbnb listing, but it's worth it in every way - the location is WONDERFUL. Walk right out onto a virtually private beach. Also, since the building only has four units, it feels very nice and quiet; you're not crammed into a building with tons of other people. Between the building and the garages, it is beautifully landscaped with an outdoor shower to wash off sand. Jeanne was great and extremely easy to get in contact with; she'd respond immediately to any questions I messaged her. I highly recommend Jeanne's place! -

it is a great place to spend time on the Space Coast. The 2 bedrooms were spacious with a good queen size beds

You can see Dolphins swim and there are also seashells to collect. Overall a great, clean, easy to access/find place to stay with owners that take care of you. If you're looking for a place to literally just chill with your friends, this is the place to be. We barely left the house! Once to roam around in downtown cocoa beach, which was only a 3 minute drive. The house is right on the water. What's better than that ? Even washing the dishes was relaxing, especially with the view of the ocean and seeing all of the local surfers catch some waves. I would definitely come back to this place! My friends and I loved it so much. The community was fun and friendly. The location was perfect. Seriously have no regrets with this stay!

The natural beauty of this apartment in Cocoa Beach is jaw dropping. Being able to wake up to the sounds of waves crashing and watching sun rise before heading out to beach to catch some waves and some rays was simply divine.
